What we’re looking for:
- State licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Previous experience in a school, clinical, or pediatric setting preferred
- Comfort working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to work in diverse classroom and virtual learning environments
What you'll do:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to student needs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff for student support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
