School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | North Adams, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials welcomed
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Comfort working with students with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Willingness to embrace travel assignments and adapt to new environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support each student’s goals
- Maintain detailed documentation on progress and comply with all mandated reporting requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development sessions
- Provide ongoing support and resources to school staff and families
