Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC license (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Experience with Kindergarten through 3rd grade students ideal
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adaptable and supportive approach to working in new environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time speech and language therapy coverage for medical leave (Oct 26-Dec 22)
- Manage a caseload of 26 students, grades K-3, at one school site
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Complete required reports with built-in extra time on Tuesdays and Thursdays
