Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC-SLP required)
- Previous experience in a school setting and with K-3rd students preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services for K-3rd grade students as medical leave coverage
- Manage a caseload of 26 students at a single school site
- Conduct therapy sessions, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Allocate time for assessment, documentation, and report writing (additional time provided Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Full-time schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00AM-2:30PM, with a half-hour lunch and extra report-writing block
