Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure

- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy (preferred)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering a supportive learning environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student goals and document progress
- Participate in school meetings and provide staff education as needed
