Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings with a focus on speech-language therapy
  • Ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds and ages
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students according to IEP guidelines
  • Provide direct therapy services to elementary, middle, or high school students as assigned
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support each student’s progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for student records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
  • Educate and consult with staff and families to promote best practices in communication support
