Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Valid state certification to work in school settings
- Previous experience providing speech services to school-aged children, preferably within K-8
- Strong skills in evaluation, therapy, and individualized educational support
- Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
- Deliver direct speech therapy to assigned caseload, adjusting interventions as needed
- Prepare detailed, clear, and timely reports documenting progress and recommendations
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP planning, and student reviews
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
