Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • SLP-CCC, CFY, or equivalent credentials accepted
  • Proven experience supporting children or adolescents in school or healthcare environments
  • Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and compliance
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Dedication to evidence-based interventions and cultural sensitivity

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP requirements
  • Deliver therapy services in individual or group settings
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Document services and maintain accurate records according to district and professional standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and caregivers
  • Provide consultative support and training for school staff when appropriate
