Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Completion of or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Active Georgia SLP license or GaPSC certification (either required to start; both needed eventually)
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLA) with GaPSC certification
- Experience with elementary-age students strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language services to elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Document services and student progress according to school guidelines
- Attend IEP and staff meetings as required
