Step into a collaborative school environment and make a difference in elementary students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential communication support within a vibrant educational setting, working closely with students and staff for the remainder of the school year and beyond.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification required (either is acceptable at the start; both will ultimately be needed)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows and SLP-Assistants certified through GaPSC
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Strong background in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player
  • Comfortable providing onsite services in an elementary school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Contribute to student assessments and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy

This full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) extends throughout the school year until late May 2027. You will work exclusively onsite in a supportive educational environment with opportunities for collaboration and professional development.
