Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification required (either is acceptable at the start; both will ultimately be needed)
- Open to Clinical Fellows and SLP-Assistants certified through GaPSC
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Strong background in school-based speech-language pathology
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player
- Comfortable providing onsite services in an elementary school setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Contribute to student assessments and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
This full-time contract (37.5 hours per week) extends throughout the school year until late May 2027. You will work exclusively onsite in a supportive educational environment with opportunities for collaboration and professional development.
