Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mcdonald, New Mexico

This role requires experience with school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology, as well as current SLP-CCC credentials. You'll manage a diverse student caseload, address communication and language disorders, and implement evidence-based therapy. The position is primarily onsite, with potential for a hybrid arrangement (up to 2 days remote).
Qualifications:
- Active NM SLP License is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to the team
