Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Washington State
- Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports to document student improvement
- Provide guidance and consultative services to staff regarding communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and parent conferences
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
