Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored for each student’s needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student records and progress reports
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and parents to support student success
