Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored for each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student records and progress reports
- Provide consultation and training to staff and parents to support student success
