Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Washington State SLP license
- At least two years of relevant experience preferred
- Valid Medicaid provider number, CAQH profile, and credentialing with other insurance companies
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Background in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with school staff and families to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with Medicaid and insurance requirements
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Adapt services to caseload needs (details forthcoming)
