School Speech Language Pathologist - Port Orchard, Washington

Five rewarding openings are available, most in full-time roles with a flexible schedule (7.5 hours daily/37.5 hours weekly), and one available as a .7 FTE full-time arrangement. This is an exclusive opportunity to work in-person in a supportive and collaborative school-based environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
- ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate) mandatory
- SLP-CCC credentials; prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start date
- Familiarity serving diverse K-12 populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain a caseload within the range of 48-60 students as assigned, ensuring all compliance and reporting standards are met
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), track progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Engage proactively with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional learning opportunities
