School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Gig Harbor, Washington

This full-time role is based near Gig Harbor, WA, serving at two elementary school sites within a dynamic educational community. Key Qualifications:
- Active WA SLP License, ESA Certification, and current OSPI fingerprint clearance
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable working with diverse K-12 caseloads, with a typical range of 48-60 students
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to in-person services only
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders (K-12)
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Document student progress and maintain records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing case consultation
- Support two school buildings, balancing needs across both sites
