Speech Language Pathologist in Seattle, WA

You’ll work on-site with a manageable caseload, typically between 48-60 students, allowing you to provide high-quality, individualized services. Four positions are full time (37.5 hours per week), and one full-time opening is a .7 position, offering some scheduling flexibility. All roles are in-person only.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Washington SLP license and ESA certificate
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric caseloads strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for K-12 students experiencing communication or swallowing disorders
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, fluency, and voice needs in accordance with IEPs
- Consult with classroom teachers and assist in integrating communication strategies into daily lessons
- Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage with parents and guardians to foster student progress and success
