Qualifications:
- Valid WA state SLP License
- ESA certification required
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Must provide copies of all relevant licensure
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students on-site
- Manage a caseload typically ranging from 48-60 students (caseload cap at 48)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
- Maintain compliance with district documentation and reporting procedures
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student plans
