Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an SLPA program.
- Active SLP-CCC or SLPA certification (Washington State credentials preferred).
- Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, is strongly valued.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Process and manage a caseload of 44-50 students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in parent and team meetings.
- Support overall communication needs within the school community.
- Cover a full-time, September-November maternity leave assignment.
