Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification required

- School-based experience strongly preferred

- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support IEP goals and student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation, including session notes and progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and student support teams
- Support seamless communication between students, families, and school staff
