This full-time opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP or SLP-CCC) or well-qualified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) eager to make a meaningful difference with an engaging group of young learners.

As the provider for an elementary caseload of approximately 44–50 students, you’ll deliver essential services that help shape students’ communication skills, boost their confidence, and enhance their overall school experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Washington state SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLPA credential
  • Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, speech/language screenings, and therapeutic intervention strategies
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and time management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families
  • Professional, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct required evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress to families and educational teams
  • Support a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
