Speech Language Pathologist in Spokane, WA

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Spokane area, you'll play an essential role in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing specialized therapy to students with speech and language needs—all while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students exhibiting speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals and needs.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of student evaluations, therapy, and progress.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, coordinated services.
- Offer guidance and education to families, fostering involvement in the therapeutic process.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited institution).
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
