Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Background working with pediatric and/or school-aged individuals is an asset
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy targeting speech and language goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress
- Proactively collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team
- Offer guidance and support to families, ensuring their involvement throughout therapy
