Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Spokane, WA

This contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role, based near Spokane, WA, offers a collaborative and rewarding environment to advance your clinical skills. You'll provide essential speech and language services, working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions to help students achieve their communication goals
- Monitor and accurately document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and staff to promote coordinated care
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process to support carryover of skills
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active or eligibility for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Must have or obtain state board approval as required
