Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team. This full-time, onsite position offers 37.5 hours per week and will serve elementary school students. The caseload size is currently to be determined based on district needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide services based on student and district needs
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
