School Speech Language Pathologist - Maple Grove, Minnesota

This fulfilling contract opportunity is available for 4 part-time onsite SLPs, with full openness to Clinical Fellows. Enjoy the variety of working across different grade levels and campuses, all while making a difference from late August 2026 through June 2027.
Your schedule will consist of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with assignments distributed based on FTE at Northdale Middle School (0.4 FTE), Hamilton Elementary (0.5 FTE), Mississippi Elementary (0.7 FTE), and Rum River (0.3 FTE). Actual onsite hours and days will be determined by specific caseloads at each location.
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required for CFs
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized planning
- Coordinate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies
- Offer consultative services and resources for educational staff and families
