Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current MN SLP licensure with dual certification (please submit a PDF copy with your application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide services to elementary students across one of the following campuses: Hamilton ES, Hoover ES, Madison ES, Ramsey ES, University Avenue ES, or Rum River (one full-time role at each school)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress, maintain required Medicaid and school documentation, and communicate results to parents, teachers, and staff
- Offer consultation and intervention strategies to educators and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
