School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Manchester, Connecticut

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience working with Pre-K to 2nd grade populations in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer speech and language screenings and comprehensive assessments for K-2 students
- Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for goal-setting and progress reporting
- Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the onsite SLP to provide cohesive service delivery and share best practices
