Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Compassion, patience, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives as required
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology through ongoing education and training
