Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligible for licensure in Connecticut)

- Prior pediatric or school-based experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school guidelines
- Facilitate both individual and small group therapy sessions
