Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for Connecticut
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting ideal
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide direct support and consultation services as needed
