Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible for Virginia state licensure
- Experience within school-based settings or with compensatory services
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy or in-person as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to students
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document student progress
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer compensatory services for students requiring additional support
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training
