Speech Pathology - Stafford, VA

Key Requirements:
- Active Virginia SLP license.
- Experience in school settings preferred, but open to all levels.
- Must be available to work onsite—virtual options are not permitted.
- Willingness to initiate the VA Dept. of Social Services background check promptly.
- Ability to obtain a recent TB test as required by state regulations.
- Comfort traveling between local campuses and home settings for student visits.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy for students in grades 2 and 4, adapting to both home-based and educational environments.
- Maintain organized documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Consult with teachers and caregivers, sharing insights and strategies that support student progress.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and demonstrate a commitment to student-centered care.
What’s Offered: This is a part-time contract (10-15 hours/week) running through the end of May 2026, offering a pay rate that reflects your school experience—from $46 to $58 per hour. You’ll serve up to three schools, helping meet urgent district needs while enjoying a schedule with meaningful flexibility.
