Qualifications:
- Current, active Virginia SLP license
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to begin VA Dept. of Social Services check and TB test process immediately
- Enthusiasm for working in person (onsite role)
- Flexible, team-oriented, and organized
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP services to assigned students (grades 2 and 4, plus possible day school clients)
- Prepare and implement therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate with educators and families
- Adapt to working in home, public school, and private school settings
