Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure (CCC required)
- Experience in school-based SLP settings or working with school-aged children
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
- Comfort conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and documenting progress
- Ability to provide individualized and group therapy sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess student progress and meet IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support each student’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student goals and interventions
- Serve students both in-person or via teletherapy, based on assignment and service requirements
