Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure (CCC required)
  • Experience in school-based SLP settings or working with school-aged children
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
  • Comfort conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and documenting progress
  • Ability to provide individualized and group therapy sessions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess student progress and meet IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support each student’s unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student goals and interventions
  • Serve students both in-person or via teletherapy, based on assignment and service requirements
