Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary-aged students in a vibrant, collaborative educational setting. This position, available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellows (CFY), spans from December 12, 2026, to March 12, 2027, and offers an engaging 37.5-hour workweek aligned with the school calendar. You’ll work directly with two dedicated Autism classrooms, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact on young learners’ communication and social skills.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Valid SLP licensure, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
  • Familiarity or prior work within school-based settings, especially with elementary-aged students
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering therapy services to students, with a focus on those in Autism-specific settings
  • Implementing AAC strategies and supporting language development
  • Completing assessments and documentation using equipment and testing materials provided on-site
  • Collaborating with fellow SLPs and multidisciplinary teams in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
  • Participating in annual performance reviews and ongoing process improvements
  • Maintaining open communication with your supervisor, who will be readily available for support, guidance, and professional growth
