Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple openings are available for full-time, in-person SLPs to support students at both elementary and secondary school levels from August 31, 2026, through June 17, 2027. Serving near the vibrant Lynnwood, WA area, you will work directly with students, helping them achieve their communication and academic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington SLP License
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
  • SLP-CCC or eligibility preferred
  • Experience in a school setting highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads of 42 (elementary) or 45 (secondary) students

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents to support student growth
  • Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
  • Support student inclusion, self-advocacy, and communication access throughout the school environment
