Speech Language Pathologist in Lynnwood, WA

Qualifications:
- Valid Washington SLP License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
- SLP-CCC or eligibility preferred
- Experience in a school setting highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads of 42 (elementary) or 45 (secondary) students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents to support student growth
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Support student inclusion, self-advocacy, and communication access throughout the school environment
