Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs aligned with students’ specific goals and academic plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with district and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance to families and colleagues, offering strategies and resources to support carryover of skills beyond the classroom
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to stay current with best practices and uphold high service standards
