Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Los Angeles, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA credentials required
- Recent experience in a school environment, specifically with moderate to severe student caseloads
- Elementary school caseload background favored
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently in a dynamic school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote students’ progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on student performance and session outcomes
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment for all learners
- Assist in assessment and intervention planning as needed
