Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience supporting K-12th grade students in diverse school environments
- Strong skills in developing and implementing IEPs
- Knowledge and experience with AAC devices preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy to students in individual and small group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement meaningful treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise on speech-language goals
