Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grades
- Ability to support students with mild to severe disabilities in an educational setting
- Desire to work onsite and adapt to varying needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored speech and language therapy services to students with a range of disabilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation per school district guidelines
- Participate in IEP processes and family meetings as needed
