Speech Pathology - Warwick, MD

Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will help students overcome barriers to learning and realize their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous experience or practicum in a school setting preferred
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseloads for K-12 students
- Commitment to collaboration and individualized student support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech and language therapy for K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and classroom-based interventions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
