Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Recent experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school settings
- Strong assessment and therapy skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload and complete required documentation efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students identified with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with special education teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and prepare reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to support student communication skills in both school and home environments
