Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Recent experience working with K-12 students, preferably in school settings
  • Strong assessment and therapy skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage a caseload and complete required documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students identified with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with special education teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Maintain thorough records of student progress and prepare reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to support student communication skills in both school and home environments
