School Speech Language Pathologist - North East, Maryland

Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background in school-based speech-language pathology
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with students, staff, and parents
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive education
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ communication skills and provide tailored therapies
- Maintain detailed documentation aligned with district and legal requirements
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and families
- Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services to meet student needs
- Monitor and report on student progress regularly
