School Speech Language Pathologist - Longview, WA

You’ll collaborate with educators and families to provide speech and language therapy in a supportive school environment, all while bringing your clinical expertise to help students achieve their fullest potential. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Washington State SLP certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students, adapting strategies for a variety of disabilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Provide therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and comply with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
