Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging school setting near Longmont, CO. This position runs from ASAP through June 3rd, offering a condensed workweek of Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, for a total of 36 hours per week. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, delivering high-quality services in collaboration with a committed educational team.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY considered
  • Recent school-based experience or a strong foundation in pediatric speech-language services
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation best practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with general and special education teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state requirements
  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services based on student needs
  • Adapt therapy techniques for various learning profiles and grade levels
