Speech Language Pathologist in Arvada, CO

Schedule & Assignment Details:
- Contract position starting as soon as possible and running through June 3rd.
- Work Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, for a total of 36 hours per week.
- Provide services across both a high school and an elementary school campus.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of about 50 students, delivering both individual and group therapy.
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Attend meetings and collaborate with school teams to support student outcomes.
- Provide education and strategies to staff and families for effective carryover.
