What we’re seeking:
- Active credentials and licensure for speech-language pathology
- Previous experience supervising SLPAs in an educational environment
- Comfort working with elementary-aged children (K-5)
- Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Daily responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and delivering evidence-based therapy to elementary students
- Overseeing, mentoring, and guiding SLPAs
- Creating tailored intervention plans matching individual student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive support
- Maintaining compliance and timely documentation
- Building strong relationships to enhance language development and student confidence
