Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, following individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team consultations
- Educate and offer guidance to school staff and caregivers regarding students’ needs and strategies for support
