Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active MI SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working with K-12 populations is strongly preferred
- Proficient in implementing and documenting IEPs and treatment plans
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for supporting students’ individual needs in educational settings
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a diverse student caseload
- Participate as a collaborative team member in IEP meetings and student evaluations
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress, and communication
