School Speech Language Pathologist - Fishers, IN

As a valued SLP, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 60 preschool students, carefully assessing each learner’s unique needs and delivering tailored interventions. Provide direct services and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure every child receives the tools they need to succeed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Indiana
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience working with preschool-age children, preferably in a school setting
- Understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in preschool students
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support strategies
- Deliver both individual and small-group therapy sessions
This opportunity features a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 8:45 am - 4:15 pm, providing a healthy work-life balance.
