What We’re Looking For:
- Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active ASHA CCCs for a minimum of one year
- Valid professional license for Speech-Language Pathology
- At least one year of experience working with IEPs in a school or pediatric setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort with basic technology for digital paperwork, assessment tools, and ongoing professional learning
- A self-starter mindset and passion for improving the lives of students
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based SLP therapy services to students on your caseload
- Develop, implement, and document IEPs and progress reports
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic student support
- Monitor student progress, adapt strategies, and provide meaningful feedback to families and staff
